Unlike most states, Alabama does not have a training requirement to obtain the Alabama Pistol Permit (PP). The other permits offered during this course (i.e. the Arizona non-resident permit) will increase the total number of states you will be permitted to carry a firearm in, and those permits do require you to take a training class. We have designed this course to meet the minimum training requirements for that permit (Arizona) as well as cover the Alabama laws you will need to know to safely and legally carry your firearm.
